Viktor Grgić
Viktor is an expert in organizing product development, a software engineer, and a Certified LeSS trainer with 25 years of experience delivering enterprise systems and Agile adoptions. For the first 15 years of his career, he worked in the Netherlands, and since 2013, he has worked in Hong Kong.
He brings Agile adoption and practices to organizations (management and product ownership), teams, and technical (software development practices and operations) levels. He has coached and trained many large and small organizations, including the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, the Municipality of Amsterdam, Bol.com, ProRail, the Port of Rotterdam, Sdu Publishers, Cathay Pacific, Thales Hong Kong, Tyme in Vietnam, Societe Generale Hong Kong and Japan, Natixis Hong Kong, Splunk in Shanghai, Hutchison Ports in Hong Kong, BMW in Germany, Nationale Nederlanden in the Netherlands, Crypto.com, Contour in Singapore, Jago in Indonesia, and BNPP in Hong Kong.
